Returns & Cancellations Policy
At PureLife, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy is written in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981) and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation) 5771-2010.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel any online purchase within 14 business days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Since our products are dietary supplements (food products), cancellations cannot be accepted once the packaging has been opened, for health and safety reasons.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us by email at info@purelife.com or by phone at 054-250-8596, stating your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your cancellation request, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) may apply, in accordance with the law.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including any shipping fees.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
